CGCCI has completed exciting voyage of 5 decades since its inception on 1960 when it was inaugurated by Shri JIVRAJ MEHTA , Chief Minister of Gujarat.

To succeed in businesses & Industries forays has always been in the DNA of Gujarati’s since the immemorial. They instinctively know how to grow business & Industry and thereby how to ensure all round prosperity for all the stake holders. This has been amply demonstrated by the way the number of entrepreneurs have grown in Gujarat, most of whom singularly thank CGCCI members for all the assistance it has provided to them.

CGCCI has a membership of around 1500 enthusiastic businesses & Industries and is currently very active in offering value added services through various initiatives which enables all entrepreneurs to establish, manage or expand their businesses, CGCCI network is growing rapidly owing to its advantage to members.

Mission

To lead Gujarat’s business community as its premier and apex advocacy organization to promote growth of business in Gujarat
To develop well researched policy positions that reflect and promote interests of our members.
To influence Gujarat State Government policy in a positive, visible, consistent and representative manner.
To support national representative body like Federation of Indian Vhamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) for policy issues to influence Central Government.
To assist to CGCCI members through consultation access to information, value-added programs like conferences, seminars, open-house, workshops, help-desks and such support services.
To encourage business delegations to encourage growth of business and new technologies in Gujarat State.
